Berniece A. Patterson, co-founder and chair of the board of MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, LP.

Mrs. Patterson is also vice president, co-founder and secretary of its affiliate, MPF Advisers, an SEC registered investment advisor established in 1981. Mrs. Patterson is also president and chief executive officer of Pioneer Health Care Services, Inc., an affiliate of MPF, and has responsibility for the management of day-to-day operations of the nursing home, Cherryvale Care Center. She also is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of a second skilled nursing home, Santa Rita Care Center.

Mrs. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree from San Jose State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Mrs. Patterson was a certified financial planner  and was a NASD-registered General Securities Principal. She also is a former member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the International Association for Financial Planning.
