Christine E. Simpson Mrs. Simpson joined the company in 1990 as an administrative assistant. In 1992 she was promoted and became the company’s only research analyst until 1994. In 1996, with an increased research staff, Mrs. Simpson was promoted to vice president of Research and Trading. In this position she was responsible for the day to day operations of the department including acquisitions, dispositions, trading, and portfolio management. In 2005, after considerable company growth, Mrs. Simpson was promoted to Chief Investment Officer and became a member of the newly formed Investment Committee. Her daily responsibilities include reviewing all recommendations for acquisitions and dispositions for MPF Advisers, reviewing all investment research performed by various departments within the company, and making recommendations regarding portfolio repositioning. In addition, Mrs. Simpson directs staff in emerging market research and new investment opportunities and works closely with Mr. Dixon, the other Chief Investment Officer.
Mrs. Simpson received both her Master of
Business Administration and Master of
Science in Financial Analysis and Investment
Management degree from Saint Mary’s College
of California.
