Mr. Dixon, as co-chief investment officer, senior vice president, and director, is jointly responsible with Ms. Simpson for finding and analyzing potential investments for MPF funds. 

Mr. Dixon received his Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.  Mr. Dixon is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.  He previously worked for Lehman Brothers, Inc. in equity sales and trading, and he was a securities analyst for MPF prior to business school.  Mr. Dixon has primarily been involved in the buying and selling of real estate securities since 1994.  Mr. Dixon also has extensive experience with restructurings, work-outs, negotiating with lenders, and the financial engineering of complex transactions.
